Duplicate purchases will be refunded immediately.

(example: technical error, link not delivered)

1.3. The file is corrupted or inaccessible

We will re-issue access or refund if the issue cannot be fixed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You simply changed your mind

• You “expected something different”

• You consumed the product and request money back

• Your device doesn’t support PDF or digital formats

• You don’t like the writing style or content

This is standard for all digital downloads.

• Wait up to 5 minutes for delivery (Beacons.ai sometimes delays)

• Contact us with your order email for immediate help

3. Processing Time
